ENGINEERING
The Engineering/Construction Department is responsible for plan review and monitoring construction of new, existing water, sewer and reclaimed water projects within the Authority’s service area.



DEVELOPMENT
Engineering services is responsible for plan review, inspections, fees, and line locates in accordance to the Authority’s Service Code.
CAPITAL PROJECTS
The Engineering Department manages a variety of Capital Projects that include both new infrastructure and replacement of existing infrastructure. A list of proposed projects may be found in the Capital Budget. Typical programs include AMR Meter Replacement, Low Pressure Sewer Extension, Neighborhood and Roadway Pipeline Replacement. Repair and replacement projects that are not part of the Capital Budget are often times conducted by the Operations and Maintenance Department.

Engineering Information Services is responsible for developing and maintaining digital parcel maps, facilities information systems, easements, record drawings, plat map files, GIS data, engineering software, and the Authority’s website.
