The Purchasing Division of Finance is responsible for purchasing goods and services from responsible vendors at the lowest possible costs and receiving all formal bids from contractors and vendors submitted to Seacoast Utility Authority. This Division of Finance is also responsible for maintaining a warehouse used for inventory control on all items issued to all department within Seacoast Utility Authority.
