Field Operations is responsible for the observation of methods and procedures of construction by contractors installing water distribution, wastewater collection, reclaimed water and other related facilities to ensure they meet the specifications and standards required by Seacoast Utility Authority. Line locations and meter applications on newly constructed facilities are also handled through Engineering Services Field Operations.
